Automatic Production & Inspection Unit

This unit is mainly for the processing and inspection of electrodes and small parts. It uses the Pro-Technic self-developed PTMES intelligence management system, using QR code or RFID chip, in machining center, robot, intelligent material library and CMM coordinate measuring machine to do the Inter-information exchange and integration to achieve automatic operation instead of manual operation of the catalog.

• It can supervise multiple groups of units by single person, realize 24 hours of unmanned operation, extend equipment utilization, and save labor costs.
• As the production capacity increased, the machine utilization rate increased from 50% to 92%.
• Use standard zero point devices, configure tool setting instruments, etc. to avoid manual errors and ensure quality.
• The intelligent library displays the status of the workpiece for management (patent pending).
• The PT-FMS optimizes the production scheduling, and can develop the customization functions. It can be connected to PTMES and SAP (soft application).
• The CMM automatically measures, analyzes the results and stores the data.
